Equipment pickup, drop-off and proficiency test hours:

- Monday through Thursday | 1:00pm to 4:00pm

 

Equipment pickup, returns and proficiency test important info: 

- All equipment requests must be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance (starting Summer 2026).

- Your checkout appointment will not be valid unless you send in your request form within 2 hours of booking.

- All email correspondence with the Support Technician regarding checkout must be sent from your GCC student email.

- All proficiency tests must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance (starting Summer 2026).

- If you fail a proficiency exam you will need to wait 48 hours before you can retake the exam.

- All documents required for checkout must be turned in at least 2 business days before your initial pickup (physical copies of documents required for checkout will not be accepted)
